Guide plus feature stopped working on 4 apr. 08. Called thompson and reported trouble. I was contacted and told trouble would be fixed in a few days. After over a week I called back. I was told they were still working on the problem. I called back at least three other times and was told the same thing. I call today (14 may) to ask to speak to a supervisor. I was put on power hold and no one answered and call timed out. So what are my options now? P.S. This feature in on a 52 inch RCA television.
