Failed to honor rebate. Rebate instruction code followed to the letter. Submitted three times. Payment center now moved from Arizona to Minesota. Wirefly accepting no responsibility for their loss of customers records. Ripoff

I followed all rebate rules as outlined by Wirefly. Rebate was structured so that it could not be filed earlier than 180 days from activation and no later than 210 days after activation. I did exactly as outlined and submitted all requested documents. After two months had passed I recieved a letter asking me to resubmitt all of the documents again. I complied only to recieve the exact same letter in the mail 30 days afterwards.

Being proactive I obtained the fax number and sent the information into the processing center - my fax was recieved and confirmed as sufficent.

Then in late September I recieved the same letter that I initialy recieved stating that I neededt to once again submitt all of the same documents. After calling in the representative stated that their AZ call center was closed and that "there is no telling what they told me or if it was true" and followed that by telling me that my window had closed for submitting and that only the Error Department could resolve my case. She said that this would take at least two weeks and up to 30 days. She told me that I was not alone and that many many cutomers were in the same situation.

It is now well over one year since I purchased my two Motorola Razors $150 each and I will probably never see that promised full rebate of $300.in good faith I did everything that I was instructed to do and Wirefly isn't maintaing their end of the contract.

When I asked the representative what I coukd do to better track and assist the situation she told me "basically nothing." Also, I was told that I can not speak to the Error Department directly. When I asked if this means I am basically powerless the representative said that she "didn't want to phrase it like that." Which means that I am of course.
