Two mobile phones Motorola Razor were purchased from Wirefly in Oct the internet site of Inphonics, with a family plan from Cingular, which were advertised as free after rebate of $400. First the rebate process was very complicated, was to be submitted after six months of activation. The rebates were duly submitted in May never recieved any rebate even after a year of activation.
There is no cutomer service telephone no to call, and when you check the rebate status online, it says rebate not found.
