I sent in for a $130 rebate the beginning of august. I had been checking on their website to see the status and finally on september 18th my check was mailed out. To this date i have yet to receive it and since last week
i've been calling their "customer service" in the rebate center. I have spoken with 4 people of whom i asked all to connect me with a supervisor.
3 times i was transferred to a # that rang and rang. Ed, the 4th one i spoke with today told me he had the authority to overnight the check to me. I was then placed on hold for 5 minutes and when ed came back on the line told me he'd issue another check and i would have it on 10 days. I said that was not good enough and i wanted to speak with a supervisor. Ed told me "the supervisor is going to tell you the same thing" i asked ed if he was refusing to let me speak with his supervisor, he told me no and that it would take 3 mintues to be connected. I was placed on hold and 4 minutes later was hung up on.
I want my check. Their customer service department is horrible and 4 people were unable to connect me to a supervisor. This make me never want to shop at
radioshack again. I held up my end of the bargain, why can't they?
Damage resulting = i was counting on that $130 owed to me by now. Hp sent me my $30 rebate from the same purchase over a month ago.
