I upgraded 2 Sprint cell phones in January. According to their website I could return my 2 old phones for a $25.00 credit to my bill for each phone.
Here we are in October now and I haven't seen it. Call every month and get the same story, they received the phones on February 22 and there should be no reason why I haven't received a credit yet. They always read the same script and tell me they expidite this to the next level. Apologize for the delay that they have been swamped with phones being returned.
10 months is long enough people. I should have dropped the service when the contract was up last year.
