I invested quite a bit of cash on these devices and purchased the Maytag Neptune washer in 2002. The machine is just a total bit of crap, although the dryer works good. Dark form was inside quickly created by the rubber band inside it and form keeps attempting to collect within other components along with the soap dispenser. The form gets worse each week and also the smell is terrible. I am just starting to smell it. Clorox Cleaning bleach and OxyClean tried.
