Sprint: Getting the run-around

I don't believe I have ever been so dissatisfied with any other service. My boyfriend and I had our sprint service for about 8 months and the entire time we had nothing but problems with our cell phones and service. Couldn't get a signal anywhere, calls constantly being dropped and messages not sending. We decided to cancel our service and Sprint sent us the buy back kits for our phones. We called before we went to drop them off at the UPS store and after we had we left and were told that once they received them the termination fees for the two lines would be taken off our account. This was back in January of February. I have now called FOUR TIMES. I've been told it was taken care of and the charges should be off within a week and now I call back for my fourth time tonight to be told they can't find that our phones have been received even though I'm sitting here with a UPS label with the tracking number. I have confirmation numbers from Sprint employees telling me this is all set and nothing to worry about. I have been as patient as I can be with this company and I'm done being nice and understanding. If someone cannot figure this out I will be contacting my attorney general. I feel like I'm getting the run-around in hopes I'll just pay the almost $1,000 on my account. I work part-time making $7.40 an hour and I simply cannot afford to pay this and I wont.
