I purchased a nextel phone from this company. Later on i started having problems with this phone and i contacted motorola so i can send it in to get it fixed, i was tol by motorola that the ID on the phone did not match. So then i called nextel and explained to them what was going on. They told me that the phone was on the negative file meaning, that it had been reported stolen/or lost and that it also was under a fraud investigation. I contacted the company and they told me that they did not have anything to do with that, that all he could do was send it in into his technician and get it fix, but all charges were going to be on me. I did not pay the $490 for a stolen phone.
