Like Hundreds of others, I too lost money byt this fradulant company called MACHSPEED. I purchased Machspeed 256mb mp3 player in january and mailed in my $40 rebate forms ($40 rebate) next day. Even after 4 months, I still have not got anything from them.
When I contacted machspeed, they were saying, I have an invalid serial number. They just want to deny the rebate. I mailed them everything from the package including the UPC. I was just wondering, how can it be an invalid serail number. I do not have control of the serialnumber, I can send only what is there in the package. If the serail number is wrong, it is made invalid by the manufacturer - machspeed. These people are unbelivable.
WHAT I'M GOING TO DO IS COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER AGENCY. Do not purchase any MachSpeed product on any website prompted by MachSpeed rebate.
And ecost is one of the worst online shop that i ever used.!!! So, a big no to both machspeed & ecost!!!
