Purchased a Machspeed motherboard from Tiger Direct and submitted rebate. Was denied because they said they did not recieve both invoice and packing slip. Tiger Direct's packing slip and invoice are one in the same. E-mailed them telling them this but they still refuse to honor. Also purchased Machspeed MP3 player and memory card and they tell me they did not recieve either rebate submissions. I find this hard to believe. I purchase over $2000.00 a year from Tiger Direct and have never had any problems with any rebates except those from Machspeed. I have informed my account rep. At Tiger Direct about this problem and will never purchase Machspeed products again. From what I have seen on many websites and forums, I am not alone. This company is notorius for not honoring rebates and will use any excuse not to pay.
