Do not purchase any MachSpeed product on any website prompted by MachSpeed rebate.
I purchased Machspeed 256mb mp3 player in July and mailed in my $40 rebate forms (two $20 rebate) next day i received the package from ecost. However after more than 3 months, I still have not got anything from them. Searched Google and found large number of people had same problem on MachSpeed on its variety products.
Calls made to MachSpeed 580-332-887x30 and emails sent [email protected] yield no answer so far.
I would like to see the formal investigation on the practice by MachSpeed to ripoff consumers.
