Has been 46 days since I ordered product. Have not received product or refund. Keep getting run a round about waiting for product to arrive. Got message 3 weeks ago that new order had been shipped. Got email message 2 days ago to fill out and a new order will be shipped. Talked with representative from company and asked for refund 3 days ago. She said she would talk with her boss and see if I could get one. Have not heard back. This is a new way to beat having to honor a rebate. Have never dealt with a company with as bad of a customer service department. —Stay away.
