Purchased two cingular phones on a rebate promotion. Sent in required papers and kept receiving need more information.in desperation I went into a store, (fifty miles from home) and they filled out the papers. They were returned unopened with a red stamp. Offered Expired. I have tried and tried to work with these people. When you call they tell you to go to the agent that sold the phone and request help. Where else can you go if the agent cannot do anything either.
