I purchase 2 products from TigerDirect.com. Rebates were thirty ($30.00) dollars and forty dollars ($40.00). Rebates were mailed in to OnRebate.com via U.S. Certification on January 13 and I have not received my rebates totaling seventy dollars ($70.00).
I phoned OnRebate.com and talked with "Lamar, " a customer representative and he wanted me to fax in the mail certification as proof of my compliance (which I did).
Please investigate this matter. It not should 4 months to mail my rebates! Whatever you can do will be appreciated.
