I also was taken by Dadamobile. I went on their site and they said free 1 week trial for ringtones. I entered my cell number, received text message from them. I decided the same day I did not want their service and text them back canceling my service. I received my T-mobile bill and their was $9.99 charge under miscellanous charges from Dadamobile.
I did not even use their service, so I called the bogus telephone number on their site to dispute charges and of course it's a voice recording telling you to leave a message. So I then proceeded to use their email contact form and got replies from them just telling me my subscription had been canceled. But I want my money back. I have since filed a claim with the betterbusiness bureau of New York regarding this.
It is a ripoff to take people in such a manner. Dadamobile is a deceitful and terrible company and I would discourage anyone from doing business with them because they are out to get money anyway they can.
