Purchased several items from Tigerdirec in early July and filed 3 rebates with Onrebate on these purchases.
Onrebate stated that the rebates would be sent out 8 to 10 weeks after approval of the rebate (July 27 in my case).
After 15 weeks, the rebates are still pending. I have tried calling the 888 number and can only get a recording acknowledging my 3 rebates and that they are still in processing.
Though I am extremely satisfied with the equipment I purchased from Tigerdirect, I will in all likelyhood not purchase from them again because of the deceptive rebate practice.
