I killed my sprint account due to their ridiculous customer service issues. I paid them, in-full, at cancellation time. However, they continue to bill me month after month and foul up my credit report because I refuse to send them a check for some 40 odd cents they think I still owe them after paying my final bill, in-full, to them. I am getting tired of this garbage!!! They need to fix it!!! I am not paying them any more money for some stupid mistake they made on my final billing.
