Sprint is engaging in mass fraudulent billing for billing people for Services never rendered nor wanted on a phone plan contract which has ended and even when Sprint is notified in writing and by phone that no further service is desired. After the standard two year contract is over with Sprint, they simply continue to bill the customer even after youve cancelled over the phone and via certified mail. The only way Sprint says they wont continue to bill you after your contract expires is via a phone call (they wont do this by mail) during a special 30 day window, and naturally since the whole business is setup for new customers, when you want to cancel at the end of your contract [You shouldnt have to cancel anything when the contract ends] your call is transferred to a special cancellation department just for this purpose.in fact the cancellation department takes your cancellation info and wherever that cancellation request goes, if it goes anywhere, it (the cancellation request) is ignored, so next month youre billed for another new month of non-service you dont use nor need. Sprint must extort millions of dollars from poor past customers after their contract ends, just to get Sprint off their backs. My new hobby is now filling out online complaints against Sprint with complaint forums like the BBB and RippOff Report (Which has logged 1362 complaints for Sprint as of this writing; http://usacomplaints.com/Search/sprint. Aspx)
