Before I order the items I called them to make sure about the rebate and was a big lie ripoff Florida

Before I order 2 digital HP cameras I called them to make shure about the rebates and they said yes you are eligible for the rebate if tou purchase 2 digital cameras. So I ordered them, and in the meantime I was collecting all the information and paper work nedeed for the rebate. I got the camera and I sent the rebate.

After 1 month I called them and find out what happend they said that HP manufacture gives the rebate and they dont have anything to do anymore with me. I called the HP and they said that you are not qualified for the rebate and so I was pissed off, and started calling them.

But soon I realized that I was adding my phone bill nothing else so at the end I gave up. And to make things worst one of the cameras doesn't work so I called them again and they said that i cant returned it. All this story is from october until february.

This is a BIG BIG RIP OFF!
