Although I have received the "rebate denied" email, in this case it was insignificant ($10). The reason i'm writing this is to let people know what happened one time when I ordered a part from Tiger Direct from one computer and tried to get the rebate form on my home computer. A word to the wise: If you order something from Tiger Direct, make sure that you print out the rebate form immediately, or at best save it to a folder for printing later. I had ordered some parts while at work, no access to a printer. When I got home and went to find the rebate form, nowhere was it to be found. Using the order confirmation number, the part number, my past orders, etc... I was unable to find said rebate anywhere. Nor could I find the part listed on their website using their part number.
Luckily for me I received the part, so the rebate wasn't a big deal to me. I have ordered many parts from Tiger Direct, and have been totally satisfied each time, even if I had to send a defective part back. I just don't order anything that has a so-called rebate with it.
