I purchase a canon printer from Best Buy in Cary Nc and had a $50 rebate offer.
I completed the rebate form as requested on nov 23.
I call canon rebate center to check on status of rebate.
Rebate process on nov 25 and check issued on january 13
Now january 30 nothing in the mail.
Call canon to see whats the problem. The clerk said it was mail and she has no control after it's mail out.
She said it's the postal service is at fault. She said call back after february 13 if i did not received the rebate check, she would put a stop payment on the check and issued a new one.
Lots or running around. How can she put a stop payment on a check after 3 days it was mail out. Bull.
I should take the printer back and get refund
