Rebate ripoff

I purchased a 27" l.C. D t.V. On thanksgiving day with a $200 rebate. I mailed in my rebate the following day with next day air mail. The rebate was to allow 8-10 weeks for my ck to arrive. I e-mailed several times since no one was avalible to answer any calls. I finally recieved a ck for 1/2 the amount 14 weeks later. Now, I can not get ahold of anyone again to find out where the other half of my rebate is. I was on hold yesterday for 43 minutes and today asked for a manager to sit for 12 minutes with no one to talk to..
