For a lousy $10.00 rebate APC has lost a customer for life. APC, get rid of your rip off rebate program.

I sent all that was required. They send me a card back saying the UPC code I sent in (the original from the box) was not included. Well nothing I can do now, since they have the original! Nice scam APC.
