Customer Service Et Al Has failed to respond to repeated calls and e-mail concerning refund, ripoff

On 12/11 I purchased a Oliva 42" LCD TV made by the Syntax groups. The purchase was from BuyDig.com, with the promise of a $400.00 rebate. The rebate forms were filled out, all the proper attachments were attached and mailed to Syntax on 12/12. Two months have gone by and the Syntax people will not respond to my repeated phone calls and e-mails. I have no idea whether they will ever send the rebate. I would like to report them to the proper authorities.
