Purchased a computer power supply from Radio Shack with an online purchase only rebate. After I recieved the power supply I clicked the rebate link and was taken to onrebate.com. After a lengthy registration that I figured was for claiming the rebate I was taken to a link that printed out the rebate form so I could mail it in. I was taken aback that I had to do so much just to print out a form to mail but, I printed the form, filled it in, cut out and taped the original package bar code to the form, included a copy of the invoice and mailed it. Several weeks later I recieved an email that denied the rebate claiming I had not signed the form. Even if that is true, and I doubt it, After all the hoops jumped through to get that far it seems a silly point. I had proven my purchase and receipt of the product. I responded to the email address the denial was sent from and after the second response I was told I could print out the rebate form and resend it with all the required information and they would look at it again. Well they already had the ORIGINAL UPC code cut from the box so I obviously could not send it again. I will never purchase another product from any company that is using onrebate.com
