I had insurance for my cell phone with asurion thru t-mobile when I took my second line, I lost my phone and when I claimed for the phone they asked me to pay $110, instead of $30 deductible and when I ask about the difference they said deductible went up and was advised by mail for the increment which I did not received.
If they want to go up in deductible then they should have gone up with new policy and let customer decide at that time whether insurance is worth or not? Because I can buy same phone one on (competitor's name deleted - see below) for less then $100 and they are asking for $110 deductible, and what happened to my premiums?
Now I will buy insurance which do not have deductible and will go with carriers who offer that kind of insurance.
