Ripoff refuses to honor warranty on brand new $4600 HD television

I bought a new HD-61Z886 television and since day one the audio has dropped out with a loud "pop" about every two to three seconds. It is completely unusuable.

I called JVC and they were aware of the problem but had no fix yet. I called back about a months later and there was a fix, but after trying to get it done, JVC informed me that the authorized service center refuses to come to my house (a provision of my warranty on 61" tv) because it is too far away. I live in a major metro area with at least 200,000 people within 10 miles and over 4,000, 000 within 60 miles.

Now JVC customer service employees Gabriel Salas, Arel Hodgson and Robert DeLeone all refuse to take my calls or return them or return emails. They have been blowing me off for over four months and counting. I try to find more names higher up on the food chain and so far have not been able to.

My advice is NEVER BUY JVC products!!! They will rip you off and laugh in your face!!!
