U.S. Fedilis Warranty Rip off/scam

I bought the US Fedelis Auto Warranty back in January I was told that I had to wait six months before I could take my car in. My air conditioner decided to blow hot air last week and so my six months were up and I took my car into the dealership to get it serviced.

The service writer Jim asked what I needed to have done, I told him that my air conditioner was blowing hot air and I had also noticed that I had a belt that seemed to be slipping and would he check out my transmission. And gave him my card from Fedilis.

Jim called me back stating that he had gotten ahold of Fedilis to make sure my warranty was in force. He then after checking on what needed to be done to my car called Fedilis but was not able to get anyone to answer. So he called me to let me know what needed to be done and to let me know that he would try to get another call into Fedilis this morning to let them know what needed to be done.

I called Jim as I had not heard anything from him and he told me that he had finally gotten through to Fedilis and was told that I had not fulfilled my 1500 miles. I had missed it by 90 miles. I am disabled so I don't drive much. I told him that when I bought the warranty I was not told anything about having to put 1500 miles on the car, they had just told me that I had to wait for six months.

I called Fedilis and got into an argument with the man I spoke to about the six months that I had fulfilled, but that they had not told me anything about having to drive 1500 miles. He argued with me over the six months as he told me they only required 60 days, I told him that the man I bought the warranty said six months. He then told me that my car would not be under the warranty as it is a pre-existing problem as I should have driving the extra 90 miles. He had also told Jim my warranty was void before six months.

This company is a scam company. I will be calling my bank and to take them off my automatic payment. I will also be sending the warranty back to them by certified mail so someone there will have to sign for it.
