4u.com (wholesaledirect) MP3 never shipped. Never replied to inquiry. Ordered MP3 Player Never Shipped. Never Answered

I ordered a sansa e130 mp3 players on 11/21/05. They charged my credit card on 11/23. Except an email saying I would receive another email when the item is shipped, I never heard from them again. I sent them an email to push for the shipping or just a reply, but I got neither.
