I canceled an order with Dbuys after receiving the worst customer service I ever got. I was told that my order was canceled and they hang up on me before I could even ask for my cancellation number. I called again and was told by another representative that I didn't need a cancellation number cause they never charged anything to my card cause I canceled the order before they could do that.
Today I checked my bank statement and a charge from dbuys was made yesterday, after being told that they never charge it. I've been on the phone trying to get a representative for almost an hour now and I can only talk to receptionists that transfer me to answering machines. The charge was for $264.84, it's not too much but I don't think it's right for them to charge me for something I canceled, isn't that stealing?
