I ordered a sample of Hydroderm from Hydroderm.com giving a credit card number for $1.20 for shipping for the sample. I was to have 18 days to try the sample and either continue with regular shippings or cancel membership.
I ordered the sample on November 9. They sent me an email on Nov 9 saying they shipped my sample and charged the credit card $1.20.
*Then they sent me an email stating they shipped an order and charged the credit card again for 24.99 plus shipping charges. I complained on the phone and was told this order was shipped on Nov 9, the same day the sample was shipped.
I did not authorize this charge. The agreement was 18 days.
Now I have to receive the order, package it up, pay postage to mail it back to them, and expect them to take the charge off the credit card.
Will they actually remove the charge? Will they pay for my return postage, packaging material, and time returning it to them? Will they stop doing this? I'm sure I'm not the only one.
