Buy.com has refused to honor their $30 rebate for a Kingston CF card. I have repeatedly sent E-mails to their so called Customer Service Department and to the the center that handles their rebates (rebatestatus.com) without results.
Their excuse is that they did not receive a receipt which is totally false. How many times have you heard that? On three occassions, I have informed them that I will provide a copy if they will inform me how I might do so. No response.
If I have no further response within the next two weeks, I'll file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Office of the State of California.
