I recieved a phone call from worldcom about there phone. I decided to give it a try. After I got it, I called to cancel. The next day I called back to say I was going to keep it. I have had nothing but trouble since then.
You call them and get one person who connects you to someone else, then they put you on hold. I was on hold for 40 minutes on 3-19-02. I think this is ridiculious.
Now I have a letter from them saying they are charging me for the phone 250.00. Cannot get anyone to talk with me about this. Have E-Mailed them twice. I get the phone numbers to call them, which is the same ones I used all along. Any ways I am going to give them one more chance tomorrow morning to straighten this matter out.
