I placed an order with digitalnow. Tv at the end of june. With an expected delivery date of july 28. I put a deposit of $349.00 down, which was 10% of my total cost 3,499.00. I receive documents from them for me to fill out with all my personal information and return to them before my 42 inch home system hitiachi could be sent to me. On august 15th, after numerous attempts of trying to reach out to a customer service representative i finally got in contact with someone who said they will forward my complaint over and have someone get back to me as soon as possible.
The following day charles mason returned my called from this number (770-44-2097). He left me a message for me to return his phone call using the 888-411-2791 number ext. 706. Within minutes i returned his call and was able to speak to him. Charles mason assured me that the reason why i did not receive my order yet is because of high demands on the manufacturer and the reason why they have not been returning phone calls is because the phone company they deal with is having problems so they have not been receiving any calls or emails. He told me he should be recieving some new shipments in by the end of the week and i should receive my plasma on or before wednesday august 24th. He said if i do not receive my tv by then give him a call. Well i have not recieve my tv. I tried calling the company numerous of time and i am being transferred to a recording or ext 704. I want my money back or my plasma tv. This is ridiculous. Prior to my delivery date i did not have any problems getting through to the phone lines or the website. Now everything seems to be a huge big scam. Can someone help me if they know any information.
