I ordered and paid $149.90 as a down payment in July. They told me the product would arrive August 19. August 19 arrived and no tv. I then made a phone call to 888-411-2791 and spoke with Charles Mason. He told me that the warehouse was expeiricing some trouble. He offered to send my money back and I told him yes.
Well 2 weeks past and no product or money. I called several times and only would get an answering machine which would tell me to leave a message at Ext. 706. I left a message that day or his answering service said Charles Mason's mailbox is full.
I don't know what to do. I have never been scammed on. Can anyone tell me how to get my money back?
