They do not have the best deals available, they seem unwilling (or they claim "unable) to offer competitive value and service.
Expect a lot of "inconsistencies" in their explanations, and to have to wait an unreasonable amount of time if you request a refund.
Their customer service is some of the poorest I have ever recieved (even worse than the cable companies), don't expect a call back or to be allowed to speak to management.
