My cable TV goes out regularly. When you call to report it it takes forever to repair. When you call back they always respond with we called and no one was at home. They say they leave messages but there is never a message on my answering machine. Each time I call they say someone will come next week. I waited two days once and no one ever came and no one ever called. They have the worst customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with. I would like some one in their management to know about their terrible customer service. I pay my bill on time every month and have a right to expect good cable service and good repair response.
