Do not get any service through TWC! The amount they say you will be billed for is never correct. They force you into "bundle deals" with services you do not need because it will be cheaper (only cheaper for a few months then you pay a ton more than you would if you stuck to the services you originally wanted). The connection to internet and cable is poor at best and the cable always goes out. Their customer service is even worse. You will be on hold for hours, only to get cut-off shortly after you reach a rep. I would not recommend this shady company.
