Best Buy and JVC are ripoffs. I paid almost 700.00 dollars for a camcoder to have it go out on me not even a month later. So i took it back to best buy and they said it could take up to 4-6 weeks just for them to look at it.
So i decided to call jvc and they told me to take it to a local dealer who can warrenty it so i took it done to a place called video and audio specialitys and it sat there for about a week until they called me back and told me that they couldnt warr. It cause there was trace of water in the camera.
I called back jvc and they pretty much told me that i was screwed. They were not going to replace it or fix it.
Now when i bought this camera i paid an extra 199.00 for a extended warr. And what did i get a 700.00 camcorder that does me no good. Ever since then i have heard nothing from jvc after leaving a few messages.
Just remember that jvc and best buy can screw you badly. TO bad for best buy cause they lost a very good customer.
