My Husband and I were loyal Cingular customers for 2 years.in August we upgraded to a new plan and phones. Not even 2 weeks later we found out my husband had cancer and had to move back home. (He is in the Marine Corps) When we got home we had NO SERVICE! We could not make or recieve any calls. We called customer service to get our phones turned off because we were not going to pay for something that didn't work. We now have a $1,600 bill from cingular. I think this is crazy! When you have a loyal customer for 2 years you don't kick them while they are down! It is a shame because now Cingular is in this area and if they didn't treat people like crap we might have re-signed up with them.
