I was a satisfied customer of vonage. Really liked there service until customer service came into play. My modem burnt out with in the first year. I was put on hold for a loooong time then finally spoke with a rep. They sent me out a new system promptly and i returned the old one. Then the nightmare started. Back and forth with $99.94 dollar charges. Taken from my account then credited back until they ended up with the $99.94. Shell game? Yes! They refuse to credit it back to me now. One customer service says yes the next says no.
They have my account so fouled up they don't even know what is up. Great idea, works well most of the time. Lousy billing and customer service. I don't recomend them to anyone!
