No Written Service Agreement Provided With New Phone

I just started with a brand new Tmobile service and telephone. When I received it, I noticed that there wasn't a service agreement stating what day my service starts, when the contract is over, how much I'm paying and what me service entails.

I called customer service and was told that they "don't do that". I was also told to go to the nearest Tmobile store (Which is an inconvenience), and to be up a user agreement, but it wouldn't be personalized to my specific contract.

I think this is unacceptable! If myself and the company ever have a disagreement over something, I don't have a reference to fall back on.
