I have relocated to another state that I originally brought my contract and now where I live I get no to little signal on my phone. I have talk to several people at T-Mobile and was to to emall the Contract Review people ans see if they would help me. I did this and never heard a thing, I have done this more than once. All I WANTED TO DO IS FIND A RESOLUTION so I can get some phone service. I call them today and was told that I signed a contract and must pay for the contract I signed for and there is nothing they can do for me. That I should find someone else to take these phones to help me with the relief of this contract. I was told that the fact that I have no service is my problem because I chose to move and they are not obligated to give me service because that is what the contract states. Can you believe that, I am a customer and I have to pay for service which is 230.00 a month and I can't even use the phones. I did not care if they did not cancel my contract but I did expect some kind of help with this situation as a customer. I think it is not right that the are making me stay with this situatuon with no way out and now I have to pay for something I can not use. I even ask them to change my account to a lesser amount so I can get another service that will work and was told that I have to pay 400.00 to do this and yet I have been paying for months for service I can not use. I just can not believe that this can be legal, because someone signs a contract a business does not have to supply you with some kind of resolution to better service or any service and just take your money. This is not fair..
