April 30 I went into the cricket communications store on 14088 E. Mississippi Ave Aurora Co 80012 to replace my phone because I had dropped it into a puddle of water, I have insurance on the phone that I have had ever since I bought service 4 years ago. The sales rep LIED to me and told me that the insurance plan does NOT cover water damage. I have called the so called CUSTOMER SERVICE and I get told to go back to the store that lied to me and talk to them after being told by the rep "How do we know you didnt deny the insurance". My responce was logically why would I pay for insurance every month on the phone if everytime I NEEDED to replace it I denyed it, that is ILLOGICAL and just plain STUPID!
He even told me that Cricket has the highest rating of customer service satisfaction of all cellular companies, that is really funny being that it seems to take like 5 phone calls 10 hours on hold and after 200 options to even get someone on the phone and then when you do all they tell you is that they cant help you. Everytime I contact cricket I can never get a nice decent person on the phone who CAN answer my questions. The store tells me to call customer service and customer service tell me to go back to the store. So who is the responsible party here: ALL OF THEM! But this is how Cricket operates as long as no one can help you they dont have to take the wrap for their unethical bussiness transactions. I want my money back, I would NEVER recommend anyone to this awful company, and the real kicker about it, is the customer service dept to me to email and this website was a direct link, that FUNNY and a REAL EYE OPENER!
