Verizon accepts unathorized charges from other vendors by way of premium text messaging. They try to make you pay these charges by telling you you must have accepted a text asking for permission from a service. Or, because billions of teens text message they try and tell you that your child must have accepted it and you have to pay no matter what.
Well, no! I believe Golive! Mobile are scamming people off of millions of dollars. I have tried tiredlessly to contact them through their website, customer support numbers, left messages and also they drop your call when you wait for the next representative.
Verizon finally refunded me the money which twice their reps. Had told me no that it was my fault when truly I don't even accept Verizon's free messages for upgrades.
