I purchase a Netgear Wireless Router from Best Buy on September 19. On Monday, 9/20/04, I mailed in said rebate with appropriate documentation and I have yet to receive the $20.00 rebate check. I have been trying to call the phone number provided on their web site (914-633-0663) and they will not answer the phone. I have called countless times since November and the phone will ring numerous times and then disconnect or you get a recording stating all their reps are busy and to please hold, which after 20 minutes you are disconnected. Who should be held responsible: the manufacturer (Netgear), the company that Netgear contracted to fulfill their rebate offers (TCA Fulfillment Services) or the company I purchased the product from (BestBuy)???
