Like so many before me, I purchased a Netgear wireless router and card from CompUSA. Sent in all the rebate crap, made sure everything was complete and correct (checked it twice).
Got a postcard saying various things were missing. I don't have copies of the receipts so I'm screwed. Sent an e-mail to Netgear and CompUSA telling them I would never buy another product from either company again, and would tell everyone I know to stay away.
