Bought a rc airhog helicopter that broke on first day. C.S. Says no refunds @ because of misuse. I try explaining that it was the rc transmitter that malfunctioned causing the copter to keep going straight up so high that when it fell it shattered. I showed the cs lady the transmitter and demonstrated the malfunction by way of the red power Indicator light that showed erratic blinking behavior. She seemed to slow or doped up to comprehend the implications of the rc transmitters being the culprit of the smashed up copter. No refund on a $109 toy I used for 2 minutes till it went berserk and killed itself.
