We have paid a lot of many for construction of a Pulsar 5000 transmitter a year a go and receive only lies from this company.
We asked and called and wrote to Mr. Bernie Wise, the founder and owner of the company. I visited the company in Valatie near a year ago, and find very few people working. They offered to ship a solid state Short wave broadcast transmitter on September.
We still did not receive the transmitter and Mr. Wise and his "transmitter people" do not answer our phone calls and o not reply to our e-mails.
