Mr. Bernie Wise:
A year ago you offered and promised us to construct a 5KW Short Wave transmitter for RADIO JUAN 23 in Bolivia and to ship the unit within 30 days. You told us that your company - the transmitter people - have a large experience with building transmitters. Today - after 360 days - we still have not received the transmitter and you did not give back the money you received. We received excuses and lies and a manipulated foto but not the transmitter.
Will you ever ship the Pulsar 5000? Will your engineer JAMIE DE LA BADIA come down to Bolivia to install the transmitter, as you offered?
Please let us know. A lot of people have serious doubts with the Energy-Onix Company, as we have.
